Shearing Laser Cutting Punching Bending

Shearing

Shearing works by placing a large amount of force perpendicular to the sheet metal you wish to cut. The metal tears along the shearing edge, creating a highly accurate, clean edge. Our welders prefer working with a sheared edge over an edge that has been plasma cut because plasma cutters can create a carbon film at the cut edge—something you won’t find on a sheared edge. With several hand shears at our China facility, we can take care of all your aluminum shearing needs.

Laser Cutting

Laser cutting is carried out using the Auto Cutting Machine – our high power cutting machines use a concentrated laser beam and the appropriate cutting head. The sheet of aluminum is placed on the appropriate table. Nitrogen and oxygen are used as factors regulating the efficiency of the cutting process. The technology is used for cutting sheets with thicknesses down to 5mm, various complex shapes, both for prototype series and medium production series.

Punching

Performed using our punching machines. We use high quality sets of stamps and dies with different shapes, mounted in the appropriate tool sockets of the machine. We have a very large collection of tools and constantly supplement it with new shapes of holes, blanking dies and cutting elements. Punching is ideal for aluminum sheets. We develop executive programs based on appropriate construction files in various formats.

Bending

The process is semi-automatic, with the participation of the operator and using the control software. It enables bending with a very high, repeatable accuracy assumed in the technical documentation. Separate self-testing procedures implemented additionally ensure and guarantee high quality bending. Depending on the technical guide, volume of production series and production costs, it is possible to use one or both bending technologies as brake presses or eccentric presses.
